I sell stuff for cheap all the time just to help out. Perhaps this is the same sort of deal?

When someone got a 400k item he is either not a newbie or something is really wrong with the market balance.

Sharighan if u want write here about bad deals in game first u should add yourself at the beginning.!
Most ppl know u and almost all your offerts are overpriced. Overpriced is wrong word here.
Prices that u are offer are insane !!!!!

There are shoes named Catwalk...made by poor children of third world, for total production cost of $2 and are sold for $1000. World is Duck up, and time to get used to it. :)

And yes, players having 400k+ gold is a living proof the money sinks failed and we have to do the wipe. :p

What do you mean "do the wipe"? Will I lose my money?

not only that - you will also loose your char(s) when the new server will be in use

Because the new server and the current server are too different.

So when will the wipe happen? And should I just stop playing now knowing I'll lose everything and wait for the new server to get up? Let me know, just need some opinions thanks

that's up to you to decide I personally think that starting again from scratch will be fun

There's two games that can be played on the TMW server - the other one is to see how much content (tilesets, etc) you can add.
And that one carries over to the new server.

We likely won't drop eAthena for a few months.
