Hello everyone! Arilious here! Even though I personally have not done much, I want to hear from you all on how I, and imax, have been performing, and how you believe we will perform in the future. Please feel free to voice any and all concerns about either of us you may have. The more we know, the more we can do. If you have any problems with us, or anything we have done, please tell us! Erm. This post is ontopic, and follows the rules, however I am trying to find its points and I seem to be unable to do so.

What is the purpose of this thread? It is a popularity contest or you are in doubt that you are a good leader?

If it is primo then - geez, what a small pe...erm...ego...

If it is secundo then I can help you - if your guild is flourishing, growing, has respect among the community - then you are a good leader. If you are in doubt that what you are doing is right, then don't do that, if you think you are doing wrong as a leader - resign, if you are a good leader and some people are telling you otherwise - ignore them, if they are yelling, moaning and arguing beyond the limits and you are tired dealing with them - leave them be, because arguing with stubborn people is pointless. It can be of course hard if you are annoyed doing what you love to do, but life is cruel. ;->
