I was temporarilt Banned what do i do

Do i lose all of my save data and levels now. Its only temporary right. I will get ticked if i have to start all over again. Please help me with this I am literally freaking out i was at a very high level and i had lots and lots of friends. PLEASE HELP

When you are temporarily banned without getting informed by a GM about the reason it is most likely because you triggered the automatic anti spam system by chatting too fast.
These automatic bans only last for one hour and have no further consequences.
