The devs already have blah@themanaworld.org aliases. I find your themanaworld.tk misleading and would also like for you to consider this as a cease and desist post for your activities considering the email addresses.

While it is good form for him to consider, unless there is an official copyright or trademark on the name, he is not required to abide.

I see no problems with people affiliating themselves with this Spanish community website by using an email address like blah@themanaworld.tk. However, I find it a bit confusing that the Spanish community website is on a .tk domain and not on .es.

Because they are for free. ;)

it is also the most neutral thing , it is the spanish-speaking community , not the spanish comunity , so i should have to chose between .es, .ar , .mx etc...

.tk is the TLD for Tokelau, a territory of New Zealand. No Spanish involved.

IMHO, I would personally choose a domain name of whose name servers are in a developed country. 3rd world ones may go down a lot.
