What is going on here? I know Qoal very well. Trying to trade with someone would surely mean he was giving them a gift. I surely hope this foolishness is straighten out in short order. See you in the game soon Qoal.

Same here, QOAL is one of most correct people that TMW had ever seen. There must be a reason (a valid reason) for this behaviour.

If QOAL(y)
was supposed to be banned for this at all, he would have been banned quite some time ago. And if, only for several hours. Further he got himself auto banned by mistake. So if any punishment had been needed, he already got it in a sense.
