Which outfit layer is the topmost: legs or chest? Or can it be adjusted in XML?

i thought it was the chest. Im sure it cant be adjusted through XML.

Draw order:
- base sprite
- shoes
- legs
- torso
- misc1
- misc2
- hair
- hat
- cape
- gloves
- weapon
- shield
