You need to custom tailor your client as crazy said (adding a few lines of code to the client source and recompile it).

I think I have seen at least three different patches for this being passed around out in the wild...

In the spirit of open source it would be nice to publish such patches so that the general public can benefit from them.

When the feature implemented by the patch could be useful for everyone it should be posted on the bugtracker.

When it is a novelty feature only useful on special occasions it would be nice to post it on the forum or on the wiki.

Some of these patches sound really interesting. We will surely take a look when we are finished with fixing all the problems introduced by the latest merges from Tametomo's fork.

Agreed. Most would be good as configurable options.

I'd just like to point out that my pc needs to be on for that site to work.

And feel free to help me develop them. :)

Same license as the TMW source code applies. (GPL2 or newer)

Config.xml is a configuration file. Nothing as what you looking for.
You have to get the client code, dive on it, modify lines you think are needed or add some, and recompile.
This isn't for you, I suppose, if you said if what you needed is a configuration file...
