Culitabog again

Can someone please do something about this annoying gnat? all he seems to want to do is harassinig the hell out of us. I know that the GMs have witnessed this because he has already been banned for annoying and harassing people. Now he has found a way to quickly move up and down 3 squares really fast which causes my connection to lag because my CPU works overtime as it is to play this game as it is (90-99% constant cpu time). I find this behavior immature and annoying as hell. Please ban him by IP next time. I have a feeling he has other characters out there because as soon as someone tells another annoying character to stop begging, he shows up.
