the game can not speak another language then why a translator was developed for version 2.8?

But there are also players that don't understand English and cannot join the conversation. Speaking English in public chat is better because anyone (should) understand

We (the GMs) are doing our best to prevent people from speaking other languages than English in public places. But it's really hard to do something about it.
