im little tired of this rule but if I cant speak in my native language so same to other's
also this is not first time that I see this guys complain something in non english lol

also got question can I be banned for that?

No you will not be banned if someone reports you.

If a GM asks you to speak English and you continually disregard this request, you could be banned.

I understand how it must be frustrating to be constantly asked to speak English. Please feel free to contact a GM in game if you feel harassed.

Also, it's important that everyone let the GM's do their jobs and not be trying to enforce the rules themselves. If you see someone breaking the rules and you feel it's important enough..... report it, Either in game or in this forum. We will handle it from that point.
