Slicer is crashing clients and maybe botting!

Some minutes ago Slicer has crashed my client 2 times.

The first time I have seen a trade invite from Slicer and my client hasn't react any more it took some time until I could close it. After I closed it and started it again I asked Slicer about it and my supposition that Slicer has crashed my client was true.

Some minutes after that Slicer crashed my client the same way again but now i could see thousands of "Server: Trade canceled." messages in only a few seconds. So i think Slicer has modified the client to implement a bot which sends thousands of trade invations.

Who knows maybe there are more things modified in Slicers client and Slicer do more botting but i think crashing others clients by using such a bot isn't allowed too.

After the first crash I said that I will report it, but Slicer said I can try it and thought that I wouldn't change anything by reporting it. I hope this isn't true.

I made it after the second time after about 1 or 2 minutes of waiting. As you can see I lost the connection after this period.

Look i believe you but Slicer is not in the image and we cant see the name

Yeah its because Slicer and me are both under the window. I know it isn't a good screenshot. Thas why i didn't uploaded it in my first post.

I know somebody else who tried to repoduce this he said its very easy. He just recorded the trade package with WPE Pro and sent it thousand times. He said that the package he sent contained this: E4 00 D5 BB 1F 00. The effect was the same.

Just for the record: We don't have anything against client manipulation in general. Botting in the punishable sense is when your client does something on its own so that the user can do something else. Automation of something while you are still paying attention to the client is not considered botting.

Nevertheless it is a punishable offence to crash other players clients.
