Playa51 has always been annoying people since he arrived in game but many others are doing so too. Can't blame them since nobody reported this way of playing the game. This kind of attitude, behavior is now nearly everywhere...

that's my opinion: I am happy someone does report this kind of playing the game at least (but not last i hope).
That point (to my opinon) is more a problem than botters or campers issues can be.

My first advice when something like this happens is put them on ignored player list.
As Katze stated, this kind of thing is NOT allowed! A GM will talk with Playa51.
