ange1234 - theft & abuse

Ange1234 admitted she took a chainmail shirt and money from GIANG. Said she'd restore it. We followed her to the blacksmith's but she claimed she didn't have enough money. I bought a chainmail shirt and gave it to GIANG, Sugar is witness. ange1234's debt is now to me. When confronted later, she became abusive, admitted she stole for fun, etc. Sugar is witness as well.
I submit screen shots for GM decision.

let me clarify, when I told her you bet we can ban her, I meant the GMs can and of course "we" as in we as a game can. I have no problem reporting such abuse. I even fear Doulos would have let her try out his robe, if I had not already seen her in action previously. That part is good as I was able to warn him. Well at the least TY Doulos we have warned everyone. angel might as well change your evil ways or not as the entire game is surely on to you know. I cant even imagine that way of thinking at all. The rest of us worked hard for our items, give it a try its very rewarding.

Yesterday told me Anyra : Devil'sAngel asked her to lend robes for a few minutes. Anyras mistake was , she trusted DevilsAngel and gave all her robes to her/him. After gettin stuff , DevilsAngel left the game(offline).
Isnt that the same thing what DevilsAngel try to told to ange1234?
I really trust Anyra.
She knows , she cant get back. We dont have any facts.

This was
ange1234's tactic with me. "Borrow for a few minutes."
Please: Do not lend to this character or
devils angel. You risk losing your inventory to him/her.

just something she said...
(just wanted to tell you)
ange1234: wats a gm?
later at the beach...
...
ange1234: can i borrow your helmet?
kai_62656: no
(and good thing I didnt

)
...
that last quote is probably not exactly what she said, though it meant the same thing.

There is nothing the GM's can do if you loan someone money/items.
I'm sorry.

Maybe the GM's can't or won't do anything about the theft of items loaned, as "loan at your own risk" seems to be the theme here.
But this looks like blatant abuse to me with offensive language. I know abuse is something GM's are supposed to do something about but it seems lately they turn tail and run from it. Maybe someone can step up here and post the actual guidelines used by GM's for dealing with abuse. Since maybe I am wrong but the current policy I have seen handled by one GM was to simply leave the area and not deal with it?

shalom, report a thief, alexandreAS yesterday night at around 9:30 e.s.t. just before this time i gave william and alexandreAS each 10 skins and 10 000 for there chaps, both of them could not get there chaps, So i look up Prsm to help me , he told me that i should give them the cowboy hat , maybe that was the problem that they could not get there chaps. So i tried again with them , first william, he could not get the chaps, so he gave the cowboy hat to alexandreAS so he could try to get his chaps, he could not ether, Prsm was there as a witness.
I have been helping all that wear jeans, i do not want the skins or money back, it was for to help each of them to advance to get there chaps
But would like to recover the black cowboy hat back
Prsm told me to do this report.
Question, why does sometimes pachua does not give chaps when they have there blue jeans, it has happen a few times before.
