Player chizznaks got permenantly banned for botting. A reset may be requested.

GM please unbanned me. I promise not to leave my character attacking while afk again. I left my character like that because my mom called me and she said i have to be there asap. I can't tell what she had asked me for, but i think it is reasonable. Sir with all due respect I ask for forgiveness just this time and I really promise that this will never happen again. I will respect your decision whatever will it be(on unbanning me or not). Thank you for your consideration.

Approach a GM with another char when there is one in game, tell the GM that you are chizznaks.

Sir.. I would like to apoligize in advance for this but from my experience she does not bot. I have spoken with her and partied up with her multiple times. I do not believe that the alleged suspect "chizznaks" bots in any way, form or manner. It was most likely a misunderstanding.

chizznaks admitted the offense. So this case is closed. She will get a reset as soon as she approach a GM in game with another char.

sir how can i know if there is a GM online? And how can i call their attention?

@wgm your message will send a message to all the online gms at the same time. So that's what you should do

Sir by the time I read how to contact GMs ingame up until now there is no one answering my call. If posible please reset my character even if im not online. But I will try to check time to time if there is someone who will be online. i waited for a few hours, but I can't be online the whole day. thanks.
