i thought that after being banned once or 5-10 times u couldnt get a reset?

We will do an IP check on Minu if it really is NineTails/Sharighan etc. If he/she is, the account will be banned again. Though there is no guarantee the IP check will find Sharighan guilty.

Minu's IP has no provable link to Sharighan/NineTails.
