Buch was killing sea slimes and didn't respond in time and was therefore banned for botting (AFK fighting), but may ask for a reset.

Hello GM i am Buch i from Poland i no good speak english. Pleace restart my lvl and unban me i need my items.

Buch is Wujek Samo Zlo!
He will stay banned, since he has been botting before.

Wujek Mule told me he was Buch. Since Wujek Mule is Wujek Samo Zlo, the conclusion that Buch shouldn't get a reset, was obvious.
Some minutes later, when he realized he would stay banned, he told me that he is only a friend of Buch...well

I should have taken a screenshot.

If anybody I know we can trust is sure that Buch is indeed a friend of Wujek Samo Zlo and not Wujek Samo Zlo himself, the reset can be done. Otherwise the character will stay permanently banned.

For your information, a character reset is granted when asked, but it is still a privilege. There are ways to ask

That said, contact a GM ingame and we will proceed to the reset.
