Since some of the Swedish stuff is pretty poor translated i thought.. Who really does the translating?
I would love to translate some stuff, like item descriptions that isn't even translated to Swedish AT ALL.

The best way to translate the client is through Launchpad (https://translations.launchpad.net/tmw). The only thing we translate at the moment is the client interface. Stuff like item descriptions aren't translated at all yet. We don't even have a framework for doing it.
