hey i was wondering if anyone knows how to make or get mana potions.

any help is appreciated.

I presume you want to touch the mana seed and get some actual results. In that case, you need to talk some more to the NPC who told you about mana potions in the first place.

Very good non-spoiling answer. That's what I always try and do.
