Is there some way that I can view someone's level? (something like a web page; similar to the stat pages)
I'd like to make a dynamic image for people to put in their sigs that would display their level/stats, but the only way I know of to fetch someone's stats is if they are on the high scores lists

There is a spell which shows all nearby players and their levels, also.

I think he means something similar to the stat page that would update itself.
