Magic is still new in TMW, and in fact is still being developed. Here is an old, not-so-up-to-date list of magic that is available.
The next best thing to do is talk to the Auldesbel in the hut west of Hurnscald. He gives somewhat detailed information about magic once you complete the first step in attaining magic.
