Can we use The Mana World game as an engine to create our own MORPG?

Or does the source code not include everything needed to do that.. I haven't had time to look at it so I was just wondering.

Yep, you can use eAthena. There's a nice little step by step on the wiki.

The client is designed to make it easy.

But please note that although we try to keep TMW as customizable as possible it has not explicitely been designed as a framework to create a custom MMORPG without learning how to program. There are other projects which are closer to this goal like for example Eclipse/Elysium/however-it-is-called-today.
