Our downloads page gives the same link that Goku did.

When you right click and save as from the link on the downloads page it will start downloading from
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/theman ... -win32.exe, but if you click on it, it takes you to source forge and when you click some download links from there it takes you to the link fredvj was trying to use.
This topic is a bit old, but just incase others are having the problem..
