Gouki, if you read the description of this forum, it says:

"Have anything for sale or want to buy something? Put your ad here!"

Note the something? It isn't some things, it isn't "Do you have a shop? Post it here!" He's using the forum for its intended purpose, please don't harass him over it. If the moderators had a problem, they'd tell him and lock the thread.
