I have also banned his secondary character as this is where he stores the possessions, and he has made it quite clear that is his character.

Any disputes will need to be addressed to the TMW administration.

also might i ask if the items can not be relocated correctly that they go to the mana clan for more event use? sorry don't know if this is appropriate.
