I only indulge in piercing and tattoos nowadays... though I do all my piercings and stretching myself. So far my largest hole is one that is 1/2 inch diameter in my left ear. My right is getting up there, dunno the gauge but I have a chopstick in there at the moment. I stretch them when I can find something to stretch with... if anyone is thinking of stretching a piercing I must say the best and cheapest way is plastic chopsticks, once you get it big enough for the initial point that is.

I started with a basic piercing from a 14 gauge and used a plain wooden golf tee... after waking up in the morning and attempting a turn of the tee it soon turned into a bloody mess. Needless to say, do not use anything that can absorb fluids easily, make sure there is a coating.

yeah i gaged my eyebrow b4 to a 14 when i had it just cause i liked a ring that wasnt in size 16, and my lip b4 when i had spider bites

Exactly, he does it all the time. Some people are weird and would go emo over that, cyber bullying is not cool
