As you can see by the date of that thread on ElitePvPers it is 3 years old. It was already reported to us about 2 years ago.

All the issues mentioned in it have been fixed long ago.

When you want to know when and how exactly each of these problems was fixed check the git commit history of tmw-eathena and tmw-eathena-data

I am not aware of any critical security problems on the current server, but eAthena is currently not my area of expertise.
