I was lately trying to create new character, but I wasn't able to change default (accoun't) gender. Is it supposed to be, or is it a bug?
I created two more accounts, also checked on my brother's one, each time the same problem: gender set during account creation is fixed for each character created and cannot be changed.

Tested on four different accounts, on latest Windows version (both original installer and PortableApps.com version), on WinXPH - SP3 and SP2.

It's always like that.... you can get a sex change for 10k in Tulimshar.

EDIT: can't believe I forgot my squiggly line...

~or you can just be what you said you were when you made the character...

Oh. If so, there should be no gender set option in new char window. It's confusing.

You will be able to select gender one day. Certainly with TMWserv and I suppose maybe before that, too.

~I agree, though, that the button is confusing... got my the first time.

Under the current server, gender is set at the account level. For TMWServ, it's set at the char level.

We'll likely hide those options int he next client version.
