If you feel like submitting yourself to be a GM (since Katze said we were supposed to vote on it) here are some guidelines on what to do:

Under Player Talk (not Jobs Postings) create a thread entitled "#yourname# GM Enrollment Thread". Inside this, you should post something similar to the following:

In-game name: Enchilado
Timezone: +10
Good points: Has a fair mind, has been on the game for 8 months, has never broken the rules, has a sense of humour, is ruthless
Bad points: Some people hate him, he spammed on the forums, he has also applied to be a GM before (although it was a joke)
Amount of time spent on the game: Probably, whilst at home, at least 15 hours a week.

Make sure you create a Poll. You should title this "Do you think #yourname# should be a GM?" with three answers available: "Yes", "No" and "No comment".

GM's don't apply, they are chosen for their merits.

Don't bother applying, just let your in-game action speak for you and when new GM's are needed, the right people will be chosen for the job.

Well. I think you misunderstood something. That was only my suggestion that hasn't been approved of.

This is rather pointless...decision isnt up to the players...its up to the devs who create the game. They will reinstate who they want to.

The threads of abuse here on the forums and the complaints that many have made to various people should show for themselves who the players want NOT these pointless threads to show who was most popular with the forum crowd.

IMO, in some cases devs might not know the respective players well enough to make the right decision. (Not talking about former GMs here. only in general)

Player votes might help. But it's up to them what they're doing now.
