For that, I took several screen shots and trimmed them down, then used a GIF creation program to make the series of frames play one after the other.

http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/ here is the program I used. It lets you just drag your GIF images in and then adjust the time between display.

If you want some decent tutorials search for "tutorial make animated GIF" on google.
