works fine for me (yes, i know that quote doesnt help anybody...)
did the .14 compile correctly? all i had to do (using gentoo) was "emerge games-rpg/tmw-0.0.14.1" to get the .14.1 deps, then i could compile .15 without any problems whatsoever.

I did not have to compile 0.14. Kubuntu downloaded and installed it from synaptic easily.

I am not spamming, you are.
I asked how to fix an error on compile that I am getting. That is not spamming. that is asking the community how to fix a problem.

There's one thing that's worse then a n00b; a disrespectful wanker with a huge ego.

well said modanung michelle damn right

.
hommer there really was no need for that... freedom of speech remember if someone has a problem theyre allowed to post it hence the general talk, who cares how long youve been here Elven's been here longer than you and he still makes mistakes no offence Elven as does Bjorn (no disrespect intended bjorn and modanung) but its true right? you still need to debug any application in c++/c or whatever other language ive never seen a flawless application on first go so hommer keep opinions like that to yourself this isnt about n00bs or time been around so try to be more civil.

Raven... that's the most civilised post I've ever seen from your hands, good job. Even your interpunction is improving.
Elven... perfection is boring, you should be glad you're not perfect.
About the next release btw, it wasn't a stupid question because it was planned earlier but we couldn't get it finished because of stuff.
Oh and I can't get into IRC, probably because I installed an other router and there's something with the ports I still have to configure. I'll look into that later.
First I'm off to my classmates funeral, he died last friday afternoon.
