Looks like you were automatically banned for spam. The ban should have already expired by now.

Hey, how many letters (characters) can I type in a message? or in a time interval...?

If you type the same thing too many times you will be automatically banned for spamming. It will pop up a warning if you are getting near the autoban, just slow down on the typing.
