It is like 2 years since I begged to implement ipban feature in eathena. But people who are supposed to do it, were too busy fighting for power and privileges.

I have tried to ban them...doesn't work

Now instead of not connecting for 10 minutes and getting an error message, I'm getting error message pretty early on. I see this as progress!
