my account disappeared ?
what the problem ?

no no ... before yesterday

it is my second account where i have my character who's named "Liene"

It's been happening recently, a friend's account vanished along with the char on it.... and I've seen the char less than a week ago. Something's going wrong somewhere.

Oh, and I don't think capsing in account names matters. I registered with a properly capsed account name but I don't do that anymore, and I can log on fine.

It doesn't matter as long as only one account uses those characters in that order. When another account is created that does (i.e. Account and ACCOUNT), then it starts to matter. I'll probably change this functionality to always matter.

Please, is there a way to retrieve the accounts? It happened to me too.

hey im having the same problem too my character just dissapeared a few days ago, i hope its possible to get it back. spent a lot of time at work getting that far

Let me guess... All of your disappearing accounts had the same string for username and password?

There was a deletion of such accounts/chars after the attacks where scripts were used for massive character generation. Those accounts also had their username the same as their password.
As you can see it was announced that the deletion would only occur to such accounts created in the past week, but obviously something went wrong.

is there any way to bring the character back or do we have to start over?

I would recommend to start over. (and use a strong password!)

sorry but my old character in my old account was level 47

yeah i was at 53, started over and its frustrating. took all the fun out of it, i was just getting good

Really, I'm sorry you lost your characters guys, but level 47 can be reached in less than two hours. Just keep grinding (lol) and you'll be there soon.
