1. Jumpy was not warned or a warning was NOT logged before being warped to BOTCHECK
Therefore he was moved/warped without reason.

2. By Katze own admission she was NOT dressed as a GM and therefore should NOT have been considered on duty, and therefore had no GM rights to ban Jumpy.

Having said that.

Jumpy should be reinstated to his original levels and therefore the thread of his banning should be removed from this forum.


Do what is right this time instead of weaving excuses.

She warned him ONLY after he was warped to botcheck.
According to a variety of threads flaming GM Delasia.....a character cannot be moved or warped without proper logging of a warning by a GM.

well as the major person concern i have the right to make my point in this

first point:
I was on forum while my char was with cap locks in the skull room.

second point:
I use cap locks since a very little time after 10 months playing i got tired holding the keys x and w and ctrl left and this always being in front of my keyboard and playing (I never make more than 1% in the spot in which i stop) ask the players if youd on't believe this. The rest of the time i jump from a place to another killing everything on my way and collecting

third point:
This would never have happened if i did not presence posts like the ones i could reed that night post locked and so on issues which impact me a lot as tmw is going in a new area and i don't know where, why, what, how this goes... so i am worrying about this.

forth point and the most important:
even if i was not really botting i NEVER contested my ban as i think that i was afk whatever the reasons of point 1 and 3.
i think Katze did her GM task she had to do and that's all!
so lock that post and let the game develop and leave her alone she's the last GM in game.

fifth point:
In this new area of professional GM
5.1. still no rules defined professionally and seriously in wiki or forum
5.2. no GM is available online
5.3. no GM team is existing since there is only 1 GM leader Platyna and 1 GM Katze rest of the existing list you can reed entering in tmw with the message in update is completely obsolete since 2-3 days as they were demote or quited or are never ingame or even in rc
5.4. do i have to say more

sixth point:
I NEVER asked for my level reset. if this was the rules i would accept it but this is not imho the way to practice.

seventh point:
I don't care about levels ask everyone they'll tell you i was always in favor of the big wipe for everyone ingame.
I always did some post in the way of trying to find right balance for any kind of char (warrior, archer, mage) (provoquing sometimes with levels issues but always willing a fair balance and advance for everyone).

more points coming in my head but whatever they are... my decision is made on this.

it is like "oh sorry Judge i was with the speed locked on my car at 130 km/h i did not see the 90 km/h sign because i was putting music on with my mp3 and calling my friend on the phone. i always respect the speed limits please don't take my points on my driving license restore it to 12."
i am adult or pretend to be so.
a mistake arrived i pay for a moment of tmw distraction.

Jumpy your sense of truth is admirable, and it is infact sad that you had a lapse of judgement, and are willing to pay the price....
HOWEVER:
The fact still remains that with ALL the contention about GM conduct and abuse, and the new "LEADER" (for lack of a better term)
has made it quite clear that RULES are RULES

Your ban is negate if the circumstances leading up to your conviction was not followed to the letter of the law.

Case Dismissed !! (well in any well run Court of Justice it would be)

There is no way I could always remember to log everything I am saying. and there is no rule that states that I am a bad GM if I don't. the monster spawning before that was to test if Jumpy indeed was attacking. and I asked if he was there several times. further, I do think, Jumpy knows I am a GM. So a red robe to show him I am a GM was unnecessary, even if he had an older client which doesn't show coloured names. the coloured names are there so we don't need to wear the robe and hat to make people see a GM is a GM.

And nobody ever said a character cannot be warped or moved without a LOGGED warning...
