Anyone know why the server dont start all the day the server tell me i cant connect i need

some anwser for this because i dont know why this not start

I believe the server is, what we in English call "getting Duck hammered" by DDoS attacks.

Sorry for my bad English ... but I can't even visualize what a "Duck hammer" can be or look like ???

Is this a crafted tool (or even worse a weapon ...) used in your local area or LAN-network or what ?

Gosh ... doesn't sound like "Internet High Technology" in my humble opinion ...

Please let me know if I need to explain further on the fine points of this technical term.
