Lizardhead

This is a fix on Spit's art that uses the frog's head from Chrono Trigger. I replaced the head with a lizardhead to overcome copyright problems, should anyone want to use Spit's art for NPCs or perhaps be inspired to make a playerset to match this head/body combo. I believe Spit made the body, but if I'm wrong, I hope someone corrects me.
