How do you become a developer? What do you have to do to be considered a developer? Do you only have to do one thing? I still want to help with TMW project but I'm also interested in becoming a developer. Thanks

I fully plan to do allot of that but is there specific content to develop. And i'm trying to make new dye strings http://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8309 but why are there three hex codes for one color and how would I make them.

One thing I would expect a developer to be able to is the ability to obtain information yourself
