I saw a lot of people get their masks and then keep grinding - a lot of people working on getting masks for their alts, or reselling the candy. How many masks did you get, and how many fake fangs (Cheap Plastic Teeth) do you have, if any. I know quest completion stats will be available, but I'm curious about alts. Also, how many people completed the PvP Quest (or did it more then once).
Besides that, looking for some feedback on the overall Halloween 2009 Event. Thanks!

I wouldn't mind someone posting the required numbers for each individual item, I think it'd help a lot of players. Seeing as asking for help in Hurnscald square usually gets no answers, a general guide would be handy for events like these.
How long did it take you to complete the first quest?
* Approximately 3-4 hours, though I wasn't counting. I personally found this part rather boring, but that said I don't usually enjoy fetch quests anyway. How long for the second part?
* Approximately 20-30 minutes. I used lightning, killed a lot, and got killed a lot. How Many Masks Earned:
* Just the one. I'm not keen to grind through that many Caramel Apples again in a hurry. How Many Cheap Plastic Teeth found:
* One. PvP Quests Completed:
* One. About how many extra quest items earned (for gifting or selling):
* Right now, I have one extra Caramel Apple, six blood red lollipops, 6 booberry blue lollipops, and 30 ghastly green lollipops. Did you like the Candyman and the Quests/s:
* Yes. Other Thoughts:
* It was nice to revisit some old monsters as resource monsters for a while, but the novelty wore off fairly quickly. In retrospect, the PvP quest was too short, and didn't have a good enough reward. I suspect some players offering free kills to other players also devalued the difficulty significantly.

How long did it take you to complete the first quest?
Took me several hours because I helped a few people with their quest before I worked on my own. How long for the second part?
Didn't complete it. How Many Masks Earned:
One for myself. How Many Cheap Plastic Teeth found:
One PvP Quests Completed:
None About how many extra quest items earned (for gifting or selling):
I've got probably around 60 lollipops and 20 carmel apples Did you like the Candyman and the Quests/s:
Sure. I like grinding when it means I have to compete for drops and the goal of the skull mask kept me going. After a while, just like with the fur boots quest, it began to wear on me. This is probably why I wasn't too interested in the PvP quest. That and I was more interested in grinding in the Graveyard after I got my mask than fight wizards in PvP. Other Thoughts:
Grind quests are okay. My friends and I typically play old CRPGs where hours of grinding plays an important role in leveling, getting important skills and equipment and being able to defeat bosses (Ultima: Exodus, Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest I-V, Crystalis, NES, Gameboy and SNES Final Fantasy games, Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Terranigma and so on). Also RPG strategy games like Shining Force and Final Fantasy Tactics...anyways, I do like building a character. My problem with grinding in TMW has more to do with the lack of character options to grow towards rather than because I am easily bored with it. The thing I like also about these games is the map exploration and dungeoneering aspects. I would've preferred the skull mask be more unique than the demon mask in the power it offered. I'll eventually get into building maps, probably more focused on quest styled dungeons than anything.

Too long!!! about 2 days with breaks and wasting my precious time... I would have needed a rearrangement of my stats to effeiciently do the quest. I am a mage and wasted tons of sulphur (about 200). How long for the second part?
There is a second part?! How Many Masks Earned:
exactly one with the help of many others. How Many Cheap Plastic Teeth found:
none? are there cheep plastic teeth? PvP Quests Completed:
uh...not yet...didn't know it actually WAS a quest...thought he just wanted to warp me somewhere. About how many extra quest items earned (for gifting or selling):
not much... Did you like the Candyman and the Quests/s:
ugh...that guy is disgusting! Other Thoughts:
Make different quests difficulties for people with different stats...

While mages might have had it rougher grinding out components, they could also have had it easier depending on how they played. Instead of #flar, using #frillyar out on Mountain Snakes on the plains or for giant maggots/log heads/mouboos/etc would have made your grinding go much quicker. There is a second part of the quest (talk to him again, after completing the first part) and it is PvP oriented, and I guarantee that Mages with Lightning were dominating warriors in that quest. (There is a thread complaining about it).
How long did it take you to complete the first quest? A few hours. How long for the second part? A few minutes. Someone posted that #ingrav is too powerful for PVP. I agree, despite being on the giving end! How Many Masks Earned: 2. I had about 80 lollipops, all the candy and half of the chocolate I needed, so I figured what the heck. How Many Cheap Plastic Teeth found: None, but the hubby gave me some. Cute item PvP Quests Completed: Just once. About how many extra quest items earned (for gifting or selling): I sold off most of my leftover lollipops, maybe 30 or so. Did you like the Candyman and the Quests/s: The candyman was mean! He kept stripping me and sending me to Nivalis. Brrr. I think the fetch quest was a bit dull and repetitive, especially without knowing the quantities required. However I love having a goal and it was a ton of fun doing something different in game. Other Thoughts: This was a ton of fun. I loved all the spawning of the wisps and the single spawn Jack-O's. People stacked up and used strategy to kill the monsters, while I could stand by and heal without risking getting hit by 40 other Jack-O's. (I found the massive hordes to be a bit of a pain.) This was my first holiday event and it was a ton of fun to participate. Thanks to everyone who designed items and characters and to the people who spawned for us!
How long did it take you to complete the first quest? Lost track....Couple hours at least (with help from a kind player) How long for the second part? n/a How Many Masks Earned: Just one...couldn't bear to kill slimes any longer... How Many Cheap Plastic Teeth found: 0 PvP Quests Completed: 0 About how many extra quest items earned (for gifting or selling): A few, but not for selling...Might gift them! Did you like the Candyman and the Quests/s: Yeah, it was fun, but the killing areas got a little crowded Other Thoughts: na
Dude - lvl 99
...and yes I know where my car is.....
