Ok so I was fighting in a cave and I wanted to leave and it dawned on me. Teleportation the higher levels or quest completion. There should be like a magic spell that allows you to teleport.

there already is such a spell, but it's not available yet as the relevant quests for raising astral magic have yet to be coded.
