cannot drop or trade

I am now using windows version (blah!) cause cannot update to .15 in linux. and no help from anyoen anywhere.
now trying to trade or drop an item and it won't let me. Also Brosk tried and he cannot do it also.

About trading I hope you have the proper skill set.

No, i was in windows, cannot compile in linux. to many error and no help.
Also after I relogged in I could drop the tiem then.
