About GMs (no flame war please!)

Hi there
Some points that I would like to discuss
-> New GMs
-> "Old" GMs
-> becoming GM
-> GM on duty or not
Please try not to mention names, I will not. This thread shall be as objective as somehow possible.
So let's start:
-> New GMs:
During the last nearly eight months I am playing here, I saw GMs coming and going. Every GM that came to the team freshly got mobbed bad. Why is that so? Jealous?
Someone becomes GM and then the mocking starts. Testing out the GM. "look I spam, look I spam, look I spam" "Ich spreche vor einem GM eine andere Sprache, mal sehen ob ich gebannt werde"(I'm talking a foreign language in front of a GM, let's see if I get banned), "Hey new GM you are a fraud, stupid, ugly and worse then any GM I ever saw, piss off, die"
So what is it about? If you don't like a GM, talk to another, we have enough.
-> "Old" GMs:
GMs that were longer here are strangely enough liked by players. So when did the change in mind happen? Is it about this: "He didn't fall on me mocking so I like him". People try to become friends with them just to get some credit. To say to friends "look I am hanging around with GM xy" They do their duty and everything they do is wrong. How comes that? They just try to enforce the rules, that's what they are here for. Ingame police if you wanna call it that.
-> becoming GM:
My favourite. People walking around ingame (I saw that so often), "I am so good, I should be a GM because I help so many people and know so much about the game". Posting topics here to apply. What the hell? Just wait. If you are good as GM someone (I guess Platyna) will get in contact with you.
-> GM on duty or not:
A GM in my opinion doesn't have to be on duty the whole time. A GM is in this game for the same reason you are. To have fun, to play, to get in contact with people. You see the GM is on duty when he's wearing his GM-stuff. Otherwise use @wgm message if you need help. You can't expect a GM to be on duty the whole time. Where is the fun playing this game if he is? (Don't you go home after your job is done?)
Something else:
My own experience in this field is similar to what I wrote and that's why I actually opened this topic. I am Mod in a community and Adm in another. As I got Mod in that community I experienced exactly what I saw here on new GMs.
No this is no boot licking. I am just annoyed by the unfair behaviour of some people here. I am not heading for GM by writing this topic, in fact I don't wanna be a GM at all. I don't need or want special treatment and I am not heading for this either. The only GM I am friend with was my friend before he became GM. So no apple polishing from my side.
I repeat: Please no flame war, please no names. Try to be as objective as you can be.
