I'm not quite sure who Tyler is or why he is sending me these things, but out of the blue, he just sent me the whispers below. I also sent an @wgm about these.

I've never spoken to Tyler before and though I've seen him in game, I have no idea who he is or what his problem with me is. This is COMPLETELY unprovoked as we have never had any contact whatsoever.

Note 1: I had to shrink down the image. I have the full one available if need be. Sorry for how rough it looks. I teach photoshop on advanced levels but I'm completely incapable of doing anything in Gimp!
Note 2: I didn't think to get a screenshot of it, but he's also harassing people in regular chat, telling people to move their asses and to shut up.
edit: (yikes that looks bad!) Just in case you can't figure it out, "pro" said "problem" before I accidentally cut it off.

If you browse the GM logs, you can find many entries about Tyler/Sk3letr0n...

We'll see what we can do. At least a warning should be in it.

The name Sk3l3ton means nothing to me either besides him once proposing to me without ever speaking to me before.

I did speak to CapitanAwesome as it was happening and once I said it was Tyler who was doing the harassment he went from saying "just ignore him" to getting REALLY upset that it was Tyler causing the problem.

@amun/amuk/haunted: explain how any GM is supposed to "catch" a whisper.

@all: why should this repeat offender be "spoken to" ?

Since this is abuse leveled to JM and me, I would ask that Katze or CapitanAwesome deal with this character.

Tyler has been warned!
If something like this happens again, he is supposed to be banned "for more than a few days" as I stated in the logs. For more than a few days can be something between a week and a less than six months.

Everyone who knows me knows I just want everyone to have fun. I mean, this is a game, right?

C'mon GM's! Let's get creative here! Don't just ban him! That's no fun for those that were offended!

Confine his character to the PVP arena for predetermined period of time! If he dies, he respawns there. Then tell everyone who has ever posted a problem with him so they can go there and take turns taking their frustrations out on him!

Now THAT would be fun!

However, even Tyler is human. So no humiliation towards Tyler just like you don't want to be humiliated.

A ban is punishment enough.
