I forget how exactly now but probably from eathena forums or something. I used to be into RO and running RO servers and stuff like that.

Rotonen made a post on PelitOnline, the forum of Finland's biggest console and PC-games mag., and I got curious about writers being needed. Well, go figure.

hmm, ok lets see. this guy who just joined my dev team as a programmer, I told him we were making an ORPG similar to ragnarok online in terms of level/leveling/gui/class etc. he said, well if you need some help, the mana world is making a game like that. so here I am looking at your source code, playing your game. My dev team is just out of designing stages(we finally learned how to code). so now look forward to seeing a new up-coming game called Asgard Online. when we get started and get a demo up, hopefully this site and our site can be linked to eachother in some way of affiliation?

We could do that, but we'll decide about it when you've actually got a demo up. In any case feel free to share our code, I hope we can reach some mutual benefit. We want to move away from RO though, so while we're working on our own server, you may want to keep using eAthena.

yes we will be using eAthena, up until my server host gets out of school in a couple months and has some time to make his own server.we should hopefully have a playable online demo up in about a month, and a paid web host as well.
