my question why are having some people that red ´error´ under their name???

The red "Error" means that the player is wearing an item your client can not display for some reason.

Possible reasons for this happening are (for example):
-you have an outdated client (latest release is 0.0.29.1)
-you skipped the last update
-you disabled auto updating altogether
-the content dev guys screwed up and released a broken update.

When you would like to help to investigate the issue further please post your logfile after you have seen a character with a red "error" under its name. You can find it in your user directories* subdirectory /.tmw/tmw.log or /.mana/mana.log.


*location of your user directory depends on your operating system.

Another possibility:

• The server still has an old equipment ID equipped on them. We've changed them before and it required people to reequip stuff.
