I like your monster but i don"t know, may be you can make it more "monster", he's too human (no blood or no filthy clothes, his head isn't too scared...)

hmmm....to me he seems to be the devil ready to take your soul in exchage of whatever you wish...he seems a gambler, so the casino would be a nice spot to put this NPC...

Hmmm...he's pale too, and his eyes are scary, he could be a vampire XD ....jk
