I just got this email:

Now, that's my IP, but I never made an account two days ago (this was dated 10th December).
So, wtf!? That's my damned IP - !

Ask your family members before here. If that's not the case then a ghost tried to **** you.
Well, how come you disclose your IP ? (what if someone tried it as proxy?)

It wouldn't have been my family members. Only one of them plays TMW and he can't even type...

You can't use someone elses IP address as a proxy unless the person is deliberately running an open proxy server on it.
There are, however, various techniques to spoof another IP address, as long as you don't need to receive the response packets.
Why someone should attempt to do this in this case? I have absolutely no idea.

Lol, I have a friend that can send packets as long as they know the ip. He's a big time gamer hacker though.
