daemonowner has solo-ed the Jack O!

Only by using very high luck and vitality with 880hp, and he only had 1 dexterity!

I was there to watch, but i DID NOT heal!

Almost anyone that is over lvl 80 can do it solo with out healing. I mean my party has one character that only fights jacko. Does nothing else.

The first person that I know of that solo'ed jacko was weeer, like a few days from release. I have seen sugarcorgit, tiana, dark wind, monique, dark water, dayve, nitemares, 4144, jumpy, whynotdad2, and a ton of others do it. <edit> Forgot my beloved, roCk,

Oh, I am sure puddles did it, and botted while doing it!!! ( and was damn proud to bot it!)
Sugar has the quickest time that I know of. She can knock him down quickly.

oh and no potions, healing, or help. Is considered soloing.

When the content devs get around to finally release the graveyard boss you won't have such an easy time soloing it.

Good, if you need testers for the boss. I can get some 99's together.

Another boss that we have planned requires a group. Or. You. Will. Fail. Miserably.

Maybe we should introduce some monsters which deal splash damage to counter the stacking tactic.

Why, we would just stand in a circle around him.

If you make him require a group. And then punish the group for circling him. You make him undefeatable.

It's not about punishing the group - it is about making teamplay require more coordination and strategy than just collecting all characters on one tile and watching the fight.

How about a monster that is 6 tiles. Has to be attacked on all six tiles at the same time. If you try one at a time they will just regenerate faster then you can kill them.

The other thing you can do is reflect. Damage done by one player can be reflected back on another unless he dodges it.

And distance attack for monsters.

Also, Imply back attacks which do more damage just like criticals.
