Error: Authentication Failed

Someone please help me, I want to test play TMW, and was successful in making a character, although,when I click PLAY, the client said: Error: Authentication Failed
I got my copy of TMW from PortableApps, and I am using Windows Vista Home Premium SP1.

hi, can anyone help me please? i have the same error when i tried to login...after loading the char when you click "ok" the error occurs "authentication failed!
my char is quiet old already.... i guess im playing like a year now, but lately ive never been on much so i suspected that my char is deleted now? but i just login last month
is there something wrong...i know its now about the client that im using because when i tried to login the other account which i used to be my mule before, i can login freely..but how come i cant in my main acct...what to do???:(

Not if you're seeing it when you login. Client version and patches?

hey jaxad, thanks for the reply! i think its okay now..maybe there is just something wrong in the client in my mac last night because when i login here in my other comp(linux OS) this morning, its working fine...so maybe i should do some re-installing in my other comp. sorry if i panic alot, just scared that im deleted already lol! well thank you so much again ^__^

Hello everyone. I am also getting Authentication Failed when I'm using different Mobile Broadband connection. Do I have to stick with the one that I registered my TMW account into? Thanks.

First off, please don't necro old threads. Second, no. Please make sure your account name has the right capitalization.

Okay I will make it sure that my account name must be capitalized.
