If you haven't already, make a file in your .tmw (or whatever it's called for you) and create a file called customdata. Then add the file (still zipped) into the customdata file, and you're done!

Most likely stat calculations were different then... We (me and Freeyorp) are looking in to changing stats around to better balance the game.... in likely hood there will be much more health... but less armor.
