Evol Online & Mana World

Hi,

I see that Evol Online and Mana World are merged.

In the announce, it say that server.themanaworld.org is now the legacy server, and world.evolonline.org is the new current server.

I download the latest Mana Plus client and when i checkinformation of the Evol Online server it show "developpement discontinued" and same for The Mana World server.

So, the project is abandonned ? or there is another real main server ?

Both Evol Online and The Mana World servers are still up because the new server isn't ready yet. The test server has some of the new content but not all. The speed of development depends on the availability of contributors.

This new server not really new, it more like upgraded eathena. But devs want use new and fixed content on it, because this it too slow on release.

Issue with manaserver was other issue. They created completly new unusable software.

It was and still is the right way to go. Elven and Bjorn would even agree. It's also still as hard to get it done as it was back in the day. Eventually one generation of devs will succeed to push it through this obstacle.
